Animal Crossing: New Horizons Villagers Hint That Coffee Shop And Art Gallery Will Coming

Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been out for two weeks now, and many players are wondering what major updates or DLC may lie in the title’s future.According to some reports, a few of the game’s villagers are dropping hints at some possible new additions to the game. The first of these is the Art Gallery (and art seller Redd), a staple of the previous games that is mysteriously absent in New Horizons. As seen in the clip below, villagers sometimes talk about viewing art at the Museum, even though there is no such wing there.

Previously, players could be visited by a character named Redd, who sold high-value paintings and statues. In a twist, however, many of the paintings could be fake. All forgeries had small details that would appear different from the true items, so players had to put some effort into making sure they had the real deal.

If you've taken even a cursory tour of your island's museum, you know Fang is speaking nonsense. There's a fish wing, a fossil wing, and a bug wing, and that's it. However, all previous Animal Crossing museums have had art sections, and it's taken some players by surprise that they can't buy art pieces to donate to Blathers or proudly display in their own homes. In addition, our site 5mmo.com has a large quantity of safe Animal Crossing Bells For Sale.

Another element of previous games that’s not in New Horizons is the art gallery at the museum, whose pictures you have to buy from Crazy Redd and which may or may not turn out to be fakes when you show them to Blathers. This has also started to be referenced by some islanders, despite not currently being part of the game.

Website Animal Crossing World also spotted Isabelle suggesting you add ‘a wide range of storefronts’ to the island, which doesn’t make much sense as there are only two shops and you get both quite early on. It does, however, sound more like how the shops work in Wii entry Let’s Go To The City.
